I am going to analyse the turkish airlines advert with Kobe vs messi: the selfie shootout. I will be telling you how effective this advert is and, what skills and techniques that are used to make this advert really good.
The style and form of this advert is using a lot of editing techniques. This type of advert is very similar to talking head, because in this advert it has two famous faces which include Messi and Kobe two very high profile athletes that everybody knows. This type of advert is targeted at sports fans and people who are going abroad. People who going abroad and fans of football and basketball that these two athletes speclise in, will may be consider in taking this airline to go abroad.
How this advert provokes an emotional response is that the audience would feel a bit excited or in a good mood after waching this turkish airline advert. arguably two of the best athletes in the world are in one advert, people could find this advert also a funny, because it shows a bit of a competition with messi and kobe to see who can get the mot selfies by travelling to different countries around the world, and shows how competetive thay are. This advertisment is effective because it established a clear tone that reinforced in the viewer feeling of motivation.
